I intend to care for myself lovingly today. I will make choices that support my
wellbeing. Decisions about the food that
nourishes me, mindfulness of what is good for me and what isn’t; I will eat in
a manner that says: ‘I care for you today.’
I will take time to stretch and move my body without force or punishment,
but rather gently to say: ‘I treat you with respect.’
I will choose interpersonal connections that bring me emotional health
and set boundaries that protect me to say: ‘I am looking after you.’ I smile with my whole being when I hear these
words.
